uNIFORM SHOP
Our uniform shop is located next to the tuckshop in the main undercover area. It is run by our P&C, with all proceeds going towards the school. All Mansfield SS uniform clothing items and bags, plus some accessories, are available for purchase at the uniform shop.
WE ARE CLOSED THE LAST FRIDAY OF EACH TERM FOR STOCKTAKE AND CLEANING.

- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
- If you wish to return a FULL PRICED item due to it being the incorrect size, then we will offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
- 1. You return the item within 28 days of purchase.
- 2. You produce your original receipt or are able to provide us with reasonable proof of purchase, which allows us to find your transaction on our systems.
- 3. The item is in resalable condition, meaning that:
- a. It is in the original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- b. It is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
- 4. If you originally purchased the item in store on credit card/bank card, any refund will be transferred to the same card it was purchased with.
- 5. If you originally purchased the item in store with cash, any refund will be provided to you with cash.
- 6. If you originally purchased the item through Flexischools, your Flexischools account will be credited with the amount of the item.
- We do not accept returns for pre-order items (including, but not limited to, senior shirts and raincoats), or second hand stock.
- We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for stockings (other than if the item is faulty). This is due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof of purchase on faulty items within a reasonable timeframe, in line with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Laws.
